Mata Capital completed an off-market acquisition of a retail portfolio with an investment of 67 million euros, generating a net yield of 6.45%. The portfolio includes 46 properties located in France (37,000 square meters), primarily situated in the central business districts of major cities.
80% of the portfolio is leased to the French childcare expert Aubert, and a new 10-year lease has already been renegotiated. Other tenants in the portfolio are also national brands, such as camaieu, jennyfer, or Tom & Co.
